Rebel Regiment Young Leaders Mentor Program

Parents,

Your child will have the opportunity to be mentored by some of James F. Byrnes finest young adults. This program is designed to help your student progress on their instrument but more importantly, these leaders will provide and act as a “big brother/big sister” to your child as they grow up in our music program. 

These students are the best and brightest our high school has to offer and they are volunteering to help. This program will be under the strict supervision of Mr. Cotter. Under no circumstances will your child be unsupervised by an adult district five employee. 

We will offer these sessions every Monday and Tuesday after school until 5:00. Until the football playoffs are concluded, there will be some days that we will need to cancel due to marching band practice. 

If you are interested in letting your child participate in this opportunity, all they need to do is show up. This is a totally free opportunity. Please make arrangements for your child to be picked up on time no later than 5:00. Students can be picked up anytime from 4:00-5:00.
